"Let me start by saying I don’t have a policy with this agency, or even the company. I was looking online one day for affordable car insurance, & not thinking, I listed my actual phone number on one of those generic information sheets you have to fill out before they’ll even tell you any prices for policies. The next day or maybe even that day, I got a call from Andrew Horton; very pleasant, knowledgeable, patient, because I ghosted the guy at first. But, this young man kept making an effort and made 6 month follow up calls with me ( because my driving history put the price for a policy with State Farm out of my financial ability. He even took the time to review a limited liability policy I got (through another company) & explained the policy to me so I could understand it. I haven’t paid a dime to this agency or State Farm & here is this professional taking the time to help me & doing it with the best kind of attitude. All I’m saying is; if you can afford State Farm’s prices, you should definitely give Andrew Horton with State Farm in Clinton, ms. a call. He’s gonna provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision about your insurance policy even if the best option for you isn’t with them ."

They took care of what I needed in under 5 minutes ! The care, promptness, enthusiasm was second to none. New agents has taken over but nonetheless very accommodating.
